Payments, Guidelines, Policies, Terms & Conditions :

1. Registration & Enrollment :

  • A one-time registration fee is applicable for all new students at the time of joining.

  • New students are eligible for one free trial class.

  • If the student continues after the trial, the regular tuition fee will apply including trial Class.

  • Trial classes do not guarantee a permanent seat. Admission is confirmed only after fee payment.

  • Classes are subject to availability.

2. Tuition & Payment Policy :

After the first-time enrollment and payment, tuition will be auto-billed each semester unless a drop request is received by the deadline.
 

Payment Methods:

 

  • Pay in Full: Option to pay the entire tuition amount upfront.

  • Pay Each Semester: Tuition can be paid per semester, with the following terms:

    • 1st Semister - August to November

    • 2nd Semester - December to February (Auto Pay on Dec 1st)

    • 3rd Semester - March to May (Auto Pay on Mar 1st)

 

  • Tuition fees must be paid before attending the second class.

  • Students can choose either:

    • Full Course Payment, or

    • Installment/Semester Payment (if applicable).

  • Students choosing installment payments must pay before the due date of each installment.

  • Late payments may result in temporary suspension from classes until payment is received.

 

3. Fee Policy :

  • All fees paid to Shiv Shakti Studio are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • No refunds, credits, fee adjustments, or holds will be provided for:

    • Missed classes

    • Vacations

    • Personal commitments

    • Schedule conflicts

    • Withdrawal after payment

  • Exceptions may be considered only in case of a long-term medical condition with valid supporting documents.

 

4. Attendance & Make-Up Classes : 

  • Regular attendance is important for student progress and performances.

  • Missed classes by students are not eligible for refunds or credits.

  • Instructors will help students learn missed choreography whenever possible.

  • If a class is cancelled by Shiv Shakti Studio, a make-up class will be arranged.

 

5. Drop Policy :

Drop Dates & Withdrawal Policy:

 

  • Applied to Semester Payments Only – Students who Paid in full is not permitted.

  • To drop from the December semester, email support@shivshaktistudio.com by        Nov 10th.

  • To drop from the March semester, email by Feb 10th.

  • Verbal notice to instructors or staff will not be accepted.

  • Once the next installment has been processed, no refund will be issued.

 

6. Parent Observation :

  • Parents are requested to wait outside during regular class sessions.

  • Parents may be invited inside during the last few minutes of class or on special observation days announced by the studio.

 

7. Dress Code :

  • Students are expected to wear comfortable dance clothing suitable for training.

  • Shiv Shakti Studio T-shirts or costumes may be required for performances or special events.

 

8. Events & Performances :

  • Students may have opportunities to participate in performances, competitions, workshops, annual shows, cultural events, and other studio programs.

  • Participation in events is optional unless otherwise announced.

  • Event participation fees, costumes, tickets, or other related charges may apply.

  • Performance selection and group placement are entirely at the discretion of the instructors.

 

9. Student Conduct :

Students are expected to:

  • Arrive on time.

  • Respect instructors and fellow students.

  • Follow studio rules and safety guidelines.

  • Maintain discipline and positive behavior.

Shiv Shakti Studio reserves the right to suspend or discontinue a student's enrollment if their behavior repeatedly disrupts the learning environment.

 

10. Injury & Liability :

Dance is a physical activity and involves some risk of injury.

By enrolling, students and parents acknowledge these risks and agree that Shiv Shakti Studio, its instructors, and staff are not responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage occurring during classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions, or studio events.

 

11. Photography & Video :

Photographs and videos may be taken during classes, rehearsals, performances, and studio events.

These may be used by Shiv Shakti Studio for:

  • Social Media

  • Website

  • Advertisements

  • Promotional Materials

 

12. Policy Changes :

Shiv Shakti Studio reserves the right to modify fees, schedules, programs, and policies whenever necessary.

Parents and students will be informed of any important updates through official communication channels.
